Shipping Rates:

Quebec and Ontario Orders: Flat rate of $12 CAD for all orders below the free shipping threshold.

Other Canadian Provinces: Flat rate of $35 CAD for all orders below the free shipping threshold.

United States Orders: Flat rate of $20 USD for all orders below the free shipping threshold.

Free Shipping:

Enjoy the convenience of free shipping on all orders over $99 across Canada and orders over $150 across the United States.

    Shipping Details:

    • Our shipping partners, Canada Post or UPS, ensure reliable delivery.
    • Expect your orders to be processed within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday, and delivered within up to 7 business days, depending on your location.

    Order Notifications:

    • For efficient communication, we'll notify you within 24 hours of any order issues.

    Peak Times Disclaimer:

    • During peak times like Holidays and promotions such as Black Friday and Boxing Day, due to high order volume, your items may take longer.

    Address Reminder:

    • Please ensure correct address details during checkout, as we are not liable for incorrectly entered addresses.

    Customer Support:

    • If you have any questions, feel free to reach out via email or the chat bubble in the right corner. We are here to assist you promptly. Please allow 24-48hrs to receive a response.

    Recovery Policy:

    • If there was a leakage or breakage during delivery, please let us know within 5 days of receiving your item. We won't be able to begin the refund and return process if the deadline has passed.

    • You are responsible for paying the entire cost of shipping if you ordered the wrong product or any other component of the order process. If we made a mistake, we will happily take responsibility and cover the shipping costs.

    • We will never issue a refund for a used item.

    Free Samples and Products:

    • We offer complimentary samples with every order. We'll make an effort to include samples from the same brand you ordered, although we cannot guarantee it

    • We also provide spontaneous Gift With Purchase Promotions. Quantities are limited.

    • The free gift can be added to your cart during the ordering process. If it's not in your order at checkout, unfortunately, it will not be included, so be sure to add your complimentary gift.

    • Please be aware that only one complimentary gift will be provided per order. If multiple gifts are added to your order, we will select the gift that is most relevant to your purchase.

    • The sole promotion eligible for combination is the complimentary gift on orders exceeding $75. All alternative promotions are non-combinable.

    Order Cancellation:

    • If you need to cancel your order (placed an order by mistake, etc.), there will be a restocking fee of 3% of your total order amount.
